Yes, we are pet-friendly! There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, $200 for a 2nd pet, paid during the application process. Monthly pet rent is $35 for one pet, and $15 for the 2nd pet. No breed restrictions!

Chapel View uses Fetch Package Service, which will keep your packages in a secure temperature-controlled warehouse. You can coordinate the perfect time to receive your package with Fetch.


Our minimum lease term is 3-months.

Chapel View's move-in fees are as follows:

  • $50 Application Fee
  • $200 Reservation Fee
  • $350 to a full month rent Security Deposit

Rent can be paid by money order, cashier check, personal check (until the 5th of the month) via our online portal, or call/text to pay.

Additional monthly fees include:

  • Trash Fee: $17
  • Pest Control Fee: $3
  • Fetch Package Fee: $15
  • Water and Sewer Fee: Based on Usage

Yes, Renters Insurance is required of all Chapel View residents.

Chapel View's guest policy is as follows: Up to two guests per household are allowed at the pool. There is no specified visitor parking.

No, we do not allow sublets at our community.


Yes, there are three bus stops within walking distance of the community.

Chapel View is located in the Colonial Heights neighborhood.

When coming from Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, you will turn down Homestead Road and make a left into the community. Take an immediate left to get to the leasing office.
