Yes, we are pet-friendly! There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, $200 for a 2nd pet, paid during the application process. Monthly pet rent is $35 for one pet, and $15 for the 2nd pet. No breed restrictions!

Chapel View uses Fetch Package Service, which will keep your packages in a secure temperature-controlled warehouse. You can coordinate the perfect time to receive your package with Fetch.

Our minimum lease term is 3-months.

Chapel View's move-in fees are as follows:

  • $50 Application Fee
  • $200 Reservation Fee
  • $350 to a full month rent Security Deposit

Rent can be paid by money order, cashier check, personal check (until the 5th of the month) via our online portal, or call/text to pay.

Additional monthly fees include:

  • Trash Fee: $17
  • Pest Control Fee: $3
  • Fetch Package Fee: $15
  • Water and Sewer Fee: Based on Usage

Yes, Renters Insurance is required of all Chapel View residents.

Chapel View's guest policy is as follows: Up to two guests per household are allowed at the pool. There is no specified visitor parking.

No, we do not allow sublets at our community.
